Domestic Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are estimated only and do not apply to international shipments, or shipments outside of the Contiguous 48 United States. How iRoll Sports will contact clients to confirm additional shipping charges if applicable. Heavier items and oversized boxes such as wheels, wheelchairs, transfer benches, and air compressors have a higher shipping cost. How iRoll Sports will confirm any other additional shipping charges only when necessary.

International Shipping Charges

Additional shipping fees apply for most International purchases. After finalizing your purchase online, we’ll email you a custom invoice for the international shipping cost. Note, your package will NOT ship until after the international shipping invoice is paid. Please email us at support@howirollsports.com if you have any questions about international shipping.

Return Policy

Unused merchandise may be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and be unused. A 25% re-stocking fee may apply to items eligible for return.

  • To process a return please follow the steps below:
    • Before returning, please call customer service at (888) 304-7655 for a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. You must write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns without a RA number may be refused and sent back to you.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please insure your package if returning via postal service in case it gets lost or is damaged.
    • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any documentation, and must be in new, resalable condition.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item we will either credit your credit card or, if you paid by check or money order, we will send you a refund check.
