The Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), established in 1997, assists, supports, and provides opportunity to people with physical challenges, so that they can lead active lifestyles and compete in athletic events. It’s founded in the belief that involvement in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence and enhances quality of life. The Foundation does this by providing Grants for equipment, training, competition, and rehabilitation for the challenged athletes. The Kelly Brush Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to: advocating for improving ski racing safety, supporting research to treat and cure paralysis due to traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI), improving the quality of life for individuals living with SCI by purchasing adaptive athletic equipment for those with financial limitations, and supporting the U.S. Adaptive Ski Team. Victoria’s Victory Foundation is an organization founded on the desire to help other’s rise above challenges and achieve their own personal victories. VVF is dedicated to offering both emotional and financial support to help people achieve their own personal victory. As a quality of life organization, we provide awareness and advocacy for access and inclusion as well as assistance for everyday needs for someone living with a mobility challenge. The Victory Scholarship program allows for those with mobility challenges to have access to the resources they need to lead more independent lives. VVF brings HOPE to those faced with the daily obstacles and isolation that can result from mobility challenges and disabilities.
