Note: Lead times for custom built products like Hand-cycles, Wheelchairs, and Trikes can be as long as 6 to 14 weeks. Email us at Support@howirollsports.com to confirm current lead-times. 

We work hard to keep our prices competitive. Please email us at Support@howirollsports.com if you see something for a lower price. We'll always try to beat our competitors prices! 

 

We will accept a return for your Tire (and/or) Tube purchase if 

     1) Items are brand new & unused.

     2) The return is shipped to us within 30 days.

 

We offer discounted prices when you order through our online website HowiRollSports.com. It's ALWAYS faster & less expensive to place your order online!  Please note, we charge Retail Prices for all orders needing to be placed manually (via phone or email). Therefore, we always recommend placing orders online to benefit from our discounted online prices!

How iRoll Sports accepts returns w/in 30 days of purchase, only if the items are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, if they purchased the incorrect item by mistake or simply decide they want to make a return. How iRoll Sports will only cover the return cost if we made a mistake and shipped the incorrect item. In this case, we will provide the customer with a return label at our expense.  We will provide a refund for the cost of the item once the item is received at our facility.

How iRoll Sports allows government agencies, educational institutions and qualified businesses and organizations to pay using purchase orders for an easy, cost-effective way to purchase wheelchairs & adaptive sports equipment. Contact our Customer Service Dept to get started. Standard payment terms are Net 30. Any purchase order with terms greater than 30 days will not be accepted.

 

How iRoll Sports encourages your payment by bank wire transfer or electronic check. You can also easily pay on our website with any major credit card! You may make this selection at order entry time.
