Set up is quick & easy. Simply loosen the footrest clamps and rotate so that they are in the vertical position and put the front wheel on the flywheel and secure the front wheel. The tensioner allows you to simulate hills, wind or flats. Perfect size trainer for paratriathletes who want to warmup before a paratriathlon.
